Thieves who do not return phone calls. DO NOT USE THEIR debt REDUCTON PROGRAM. IT IS A SCAM. Although have left 2 messages a day for 10 days I have NEVER once had a return phone call. I was promised a refund wthn 3 days ( money they took out of my account in "error"). I had to close my checkng account to keep them from taking more. Lesson learned
