I wished I had seen all these negative reviews about this co. before I placed my order. Below is a summary of what happened.
I ordered a pair of Burberry sunglasses on May 11 and was told that the one they had in stock was damaged after I paid for the item. They told me it will take 2 weeks for the new one to arrive. I waited for a month and no news from them. No response was received until I filed a paypal report. They then proceeded to send me the damaged one they have even though I have told them not to and that I wanted my money back instead. True enough, when the sunglasses arrived, it was the damaged one they had described. I had to go through the trouble of returning and incurring $6 for return shipping on something I already told them explicitly over email and phone that I no longer want. To this day they have still not refunded my money in full and have not responded to any of my emails. Phones were not answered.
Consider yourselves warned. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I know what it feels like to wait for something you really want.
We did process your full refund. Products do get damaged during the shipping process.
