Buyer Beware!
|
Ordered several hundreds of dollars of invites, reply cards, informals to be used as thank-yous.Asked for & approved proof.Unfortunately they only show one side of proof.Order arrived with Storkie ads on rear of cards. This was not mentioned anywhere on their site or shown with proof. Called (spoke to pres. of co.)requesting reprint w/out ads. Told it is their practice to print on rear if they choose. If I wanted to advertise for a co. I could have gone to the dollar store & picked off the rack! Now I'm stuck with an expensive bill & have to start over, hopefully with a more honest & upfront business. I consider this fraud!

We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with our work. We strive to provide the best product and a wonderful customer experience. Backprints are not a part of our wedding invitations per wedding etiquette, but backprints (in the form of a small copyright) are present on our thank you cards and informals as it is the industry standard. The purpose of the backprint is not to serve as an advertisement (and it is quite small), and are a denotion of copyright/source. We certainly value your feedback and want you to LOVE our products. If you are not satisfied with our work, we will certainly provide a return authorization and full refund.
