Terrible experience

I would not reccomend Signtronix to any enemy. I purchased a very expensive sign to replace an existing sign. I was promised delivery before the end of the year for tax purposes, needless to say it arrived 2 weeks after the new year. Also, the salesman led me to believe he would assist in getting someone to install the sign but after delivery I can't reach him. The salesman measured the space between my two existing poles and was supposed to have the sign made to fit in between. Of course the sign is too big and doesn't fit. Now I am going to have to pay another $2500 to have the sign installed as well as new permits for the new poles installation. In my experience Signtronix is a company full of lies and broken promises and I will never use them again and will never reccomend them to anyone.

Josh, I'm sorry about your experience. Did you happen to contact us here at the corporate office to report this?
