NEVER ORDER PROACTIV! I have called numerous times to cancel my account, Yet I am still receiving shipments. I brought the last one back to the post office a week after receiving it. I got a letter from proactiv saying I owe them money for it. I immediately contacted customer service and she told me that they had received it after the 60 day money back guarantee and that I owe them! I told her I refuse to pay for a product that I returned within a week of receiving. She informed me it will be going to collections if it is not paid! And that there is no way to track it. What is everyone else doing about this horrible scam? I refuse to pay them!!!!
