ACCT WAS CXLD BUT THEY STILL CHARGED ME

THIS COMPANY IS A RIP-OFF - I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THESE REVIEWS - UGH. I ORDERED A KIT FOR MY DAUGHTER THEN CALLED IN TO CANCEL - I WAS TOLD IT WAS CANCELED AND THAT NO CHARGES OR KITS WOULD BE MAILED - UNTIL I CHECKED MY BANK ACCOUNT A MONTH LATER - I CALLED IN TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON - OF COURSE I WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO RECORD OF ME CALLING IN TO CANCEL - HUMMM - THEN ONCE THE KIT WAS RCVD I SENT IT RIGHT BACK - I PERSONALLY TOOK IT TO THE POST OFFICE AND TOLD THE POSTMASTER WHAT HAPPENED AND SHE SENT IT BACK FOR ME - THEN I GET CHARGED AGAIN FOR A SECOND INSTALLMENT SO I CALLED AGAIN AND WAS TOLD I WILL BE BILLED UNTIL THEY GET THE KIT BACK - WHAT?? ARE YOU KIDDING ME - IT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SENT IN THE FIRST PLACE AND NOW I HAVE BEEN CHARGED OVER $60 THIS SAME COMPANY GUNTHY RENKER ALSO OWNS SHEER COVER AND THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED AS WITH PROACTIVE - THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS. I JUST EMAILED THAT TOM GUY AT THE CUSTOMER SVC EMAIL - SO WE WILL SEE WHAT HAPPENS. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK.
