I signed up with promises from Preferred to have a lower monthly bill but it was all false. My bill is higher than AT&T and they of course put the blame on me saying that I knew what I was signing up for. They when I called to find out why my bill is higher, they were downright nasty. I wish I had read the reviews first. I have now doubt that with this sort of practice they will be out of business in no time. I'm going to switch back. Please anyone reading this, do not sign on with Preferred.

I don't have your account information in front of me so I can only speak in general terms. I am sorry for the inconvenience. Often times we do save customers money but you are right that it is not guaranteed. That is why we quote our rates during the verificaiton proceeding so each customer may make their own determination. Also, it is important to note that the first bill is pro-rated and billed on month in advance therefore, the first bill is more than a 30 day cycle.
