I wanted to get my furnace checked and I couldn't get other recommended companies to even call me back for a quote. NRG called me back and was willing to come out on a Saturday evening (so I didn't have to take time off work). They knows a lot about furnaces, and told me it needed some small repairs like replacing capacitor. I would definitely use them again if my furnace or AC needs repair.
