I'm a volunteer fire fighter who purchased blue lights for my car and after being sent the wrong item it them several months along with several phone calls and emails in order to get the correct item. Once I did manage to talk to "costumer service" she was rude and didn't seem to care about my situation. Well after 2 months the lights do not work and again no response from the company either via phone or email. They claim to care about every customer but obviously they don't. I will NEVER do business with this company again and I HIGHLY recommend you don't either.

William,
I can not look up your order because you did not provide your full name or order #. What you are saying does not make since to me. If we sent you the wrong product then we would have replaced it right away. Are you sure you did not order the wrong color and then try to get us to take care of it for you?
