****THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE*****
Free trial - DOES NOT EXIST. When you sign up for the free trial, you are signing up for a membership. You have 10 days to call and cancel and if not are charged the remaining balance for the "Free Trial" at the end of 30 days. To cancel your "membership" you are told no extension exists, but then put on hold for 15 minutes hoping someone will pick up. A total joke of a company!

The trial absolutely exists and what there is no feedback about, is the majority of our customers who successfully complete the trial with no issue. We simply need to hear what your progress is before the trial is over to satisfy the terms. It appears the joke is that you lost out on the opportunity to truly evaluate what is a quality product.
